EULA - End User License Agreement

General
This license agreement is the contract between Laic Aurelian and any person or entity that is making use of an SpyXie UnderNetwork. This is the sole agreement and the user accepts it as binding by the act of using the SpyXie UnderNetwork or any part thereof in any manner, including downloading, installing, copying, executing or accessing. It should be read carefully before being accepted.
The SpyXie UnderNetwork comprises computer software, computerised materials and any other documentation whether provided together with the product or separately in an 'online' form.
License rights are granted only where the SpyXie UnderNetwork has been lawfully obtained. Laic Aurelian products are licensed, not sold.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
You may download, install, run, execute or access one (1) copy of the software product obtained upon one (1) computer. You may transfer that copy to other computers provided no more than one (1) copy is in use by you at any time.
You may make backup copies of the software product solely for the purpose of replacing the downloaded or installed product in the event that such replacement is necessary for the continued use of the product
by the licensee without compromise to these license terms.
When an SpyXie UnderNetwork is obtained as an upgrade to an existing installed SpyXie UnderNetwork the license for those parts being upgraded is automatically cancelled and a license for the upgraded product under the terms and conditions then given by Laic Aurelian takes effect.
intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights and any associated rights in the product any other works of any kind that are incorporated into or provided together with the product that are owned by Laic Aurelian are their property and may not be copied or otherwise used outside the limited terms of this agreement.
All other rights, whether express or implied are reserved to Laic Aurelian and not granted to the user.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise investigate the internal nature and operation of any SpyXie UnderNetwork except to the extent that is permitted by applicable law.
You may not rent, lease or lend the SpyXie UnderNetwork to another user.
You may permanently transfer all the rights granted to you under this license as a result of reconstruction, assignment, sale or transfer only if you destroy all copies of the product in your possession that relate to such transfer.
Laic Aurelian retain the right to cancel this agreement in the event that you are in substantial and continued breach of this agreement.

EXPORT/IMPORT/USE PROVISIONS
Laic Aurelian products contain cryptographic methods, techniques and mechanisms and may be subject to both export and import restrictions depending upon your country of origin or the country you intend to use the products in or according to the laws of Romania. In making this agreement you declare and warrant that you are not prohibited from exporting, importing or using such mechanisms by either Romanian law, other relevant national law or other international agreement.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Laic Aurelian warrants that the product licensed will perform substantially in accordance with its accompanying written materials for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt, and that any physical medium upon which its is delivered is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties are similarly limited.
Laic Aurelian 's sole liability and your exclusive remedy is, at Laic Aurelian's option, to be either a refund of the purchase price received by Laic Aurelian or the replacement of the product. Any replacement will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE FOR ALL OR ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT, IS GIVEN.
NO LIABILITY IS ACCEPTED FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY FORM
WHATSOEVER AND LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
THE ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS LIMITED
TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

APPLICABLE law
The law of this contract is the law of Romania and the parties to the contract submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian Courts.
